Synopsis:
In development with Sony Entertainment! Papa Duke is the feared ruler of Blood World City and the psychopathic leader of the Night of the Cadillac gangs. Now with Cassandra gone, he must find a way to bind Mother Vega to him forever. He does so in the most sinister of ways.
