About The Author
Adriana Shuman is a highly respected, certified nutritionist and functional medicine health and wellness strategist with over fifteen years of experience. She specializes in creating root cause focused strategies using her proprietary four-step approach to help clients regain energy, improve gut and mitochondrial health, lower blood glucose levels, and achieve lasting health. Adriana holds a degree from the Pharmaceutical University in Bratislava, Slovakia. During her studies, she realized the limitations of conventional medicine as she witnessed the health struggles of both her family and patients. In 2001, she immigrated to the US, driven by a passion for holistic health and a mission to uncover the true foundations of wellness and align her life with her purpose. As the founder of Your Wellness Made Simple, Adriana has guided numerous clients toward their desired health goals. Featured in Dr. Elaine Arons documentary Sensitive, she shares her experience as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), which informs her compassionate approach to wellness coaching.
