Jeff Hancher is a leadership expert, executive coach, and keynote speaker dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their fullest potential. Growing up in southwestern Pennsylvania, Jeff faced significant challenges as the son of parents medically unable to work. These hardships instilled in him a deep drive to create a better life for his family and inspire others to do the same. After serving in the United States Army, Jeff began his corporate journey as a blue-collar worker and, over twenty-three years, rose through ten promotions to advanced leadership roles in a Fortune 500 company.
