Synopsis:
Set in the heart of Trois-Rivires’ world-famous (and perfectly fictitious) Hawaiian district, THE PINEAPPLES OF WRATH follows amateur detective Marie-Plum as she investigates the suspicious death of her next-door neighbour. While the local police believe the former limbo champion was the victim of a fatal pia colada overdose, Marie-Plum is convinced there’s more to the case than meets the eye. A funny, loving tribute to tiki kitsch and old Agatha Christie novels.
