Peter Milligan, born 1961, is one of the most prolific provocateurs in comics. He also writes for movies and television.Tess Fowler started out in Heavy Metal Magazine, but it was her artwork on Rat Queens (with Kurtis Wiebe) that put her on the map. Her bold, frenetic brushwork and unforgettable character designs complement Milligan’s flair for the bleeding heart and dark humor of the human condition.
